I’ll tell you the Chad News First
I spent so much time at the Cape, I’m now convinced I’m going to die here some day. And whoever I’m with will kick my body into a hastily dug hole before heading back to sunbathing.
Not much to say. Summer is not officially over yet, but my routine is back. More work and announcements are coming. Finally.
Stone Soup Poetry
Last week’s all-open mic was fun. Read the latest Stone Soup Croutons poem, “Things to Do Labor Day Weekend.”
Another all-open mic tonight. We’ll have features soon.
Oddball Magazine
Click here to read poetry by Joanne Tolson, Ian Mullins and Holly Day with visual art by Edward S. Gault, Jennifer Matthews and Tybee Maitri. Thanks also to Mike Mesterton Gibbons for another Olympic acrostic and Oddball Stories contributor Paul Dickey.
Hopeully, Anne Skove of the comic “She Who Laughs Lasts” won’t be our only comic strip for much longer. Also hopefuly, Jason will be back with his Jagged Thoughts poem column sometime sooner rather than later. This Thursday and Friday will still give us poet columnists James Van Looy (It’s All One Thing), Janet Cormier (Bamboozled No More!), and Bruce Wise (Wise Words). And the pride entries will return.
