I’ll tell you the Chad News First
Didn’t get a chance to do much this week, This weekend, I was finishing up the first part of my summer vacay. When I got home, I started on an essay I wanted to release in the beginning of the week. However, it just might be unpublishable for reasons I don’t want to get into.
Not much to cover this week.
Stone Soup Poetry
Sarah Oktay and Len Germinara gave me my favorite feature last week. Read last week’s Stone Soup Crouton poem, “Impact.”
Tonight will be an all-open mic. Hopefully followed by news of next week’s guest host and feature.
Oddball Magazine
Click here to read poetry by Norman Minnick, Terry Trowbridge and Steven Schutzman. Don’t forget the artwork by Edward Michael Supranowicz, Edward S. Gault and Bonnie Matthews Brock.
Kudos to the timely “post” COVID piece by Shannon O’Connor and returning Comics Spotlight contributor Andrew Newall. Plus we had the full return of our one-two combo of Geoffrey Fallon (“The Secrets of Skinny People”) and Anne Skove (“She Who Laughs Lasts”). Jason Wright’s poem column on Tuesday gave tribute to his daughter (turning one this month). Tomorrow and Friday, we have James Van Looy (It’s All One Thing), Janet Cormier (Bamboozled No More!) and Bruce Wise (Wise Words). More pride this Friday? Hopefully. Read last week’s pride piece by Lyndsay Krelle with artwork by Mykyta Ryzhykh.
Boston Poetry Marathon 2023: Don’t Stop Now!
The Boston Poetry Marathon's Gofundme is almost at its goal! Let's put this over the top by the weekend!
