I’ll tell you the Chad News First
I’m not going to be a very happy person for next 24-36 hours. At least.
I hope everyone reading this enjoys the holiday weekend whenever it starts for you.
I’ll be on my blog and social media keeping busy as much as possible.
Buy My Two Books (please)
My two collections All’s Well Isn’t You and Cant Republic: Erasures and Blackouts are available for purchase.
All’s Well has been called “[a]stunning work of original poetry that delves into the Bukowski-esque nether-regions of the psyche and comes up shining with a rollicking, stunned silence of the three-in-the morning, whiskey-soaked poetic journey into the hazy memory of yesterday.” Order it here.
Cant Republic was recently called “[a]n interesting, provocative, and ultimately terrifying rumination on the words of one of the most divisive figures in modern politics.” Order it here.
I appreciate your support.
Stone Soup Poetry
Thanks to Silent E for a great feature last week. Read the most recent Stone Soup Croutons poem, “Slow Burn.”
No Stone Soup tonight. We’re doing a Black Friday open mic this, well, Black Friday.
Oddball Magazine
Click here to read poetry by Luis Lázaro Tijerina, Sandra Wyllie and Pulkita Anand with visual art by Jennifer Matthews and Thomas Riesner. I really appreciate Richard Spisak for providing artwork and political poetry on Monday. He also provided illustrations for Steven David Justin Sill’s latest ethics treatise chapter. Props also to Anne Skove’s comic (“She Who Laughs Lasts”) and new Oddball Stories contributor Rebecca Evans.
Jason Wright is back again with his newest Jagged Thoughts column. Thursday and Friday should give us poem columnists James Van Looy (It’s All One Thing), Janet Cormier (Bamboozled No More!), and Bruce Wise (Wise Words). I might post a new call for submissions for a particular annual feature on Friday. If not, then definitely next week.

December 20: Hear Me at the Poetry Salon of Boston
I have some history with the Poetry Salon of Boston, all the way back to when it was hosted at Ron Goba's home.
Thanks to its current curator, Tom Daley, I'll be returning to the venue on December 20. This is a Zoom gathering.
If you would like to attend, let me know and I will send you the link (privately) when the time comes.
Hope to see some of you online!
