I’ll tell you the Chad News First
A friend is having shoulder surgery tonight.
Everything else is normal or better.
I have been spending more time in Southie and the Red Line lately.
Takes me back to before the Pandemic.
I’m happy to be anywhere outside of my regular day-to-day.
Even if it’s due to a friend’s personal injury.
Got a lot done over the last week. Hoping to reveal more in the next couple of weeks. It’ll help me get through the month.
Buy My Two Books (please)
My two collections All’s Well Isn’t You and Cant Republic: Erasures and Blackouts are available for purchase.
All’s Well has been called “[a]stunning work of original poetry that delves into the Bukowski-esque nether-regions of the psyche and comes up shining with a rollicking, stunned silence of the three-in-the morning, whiskey-soaked poetic journey into the hazy memory of yesterday.” Order it here.
Cant Republic was recently called “[a]n interesting, provocative, and ultimately terrifying rumination on the words of one of the most divisive figures in modern politics.” Order it here.
I appreciate your support.
Stone Soup Poetry
Thank you, Timothy Gager for a wonderful feature last week. Read the latest Stone Soup Crouton poem, “Done Deal.”
Silent E comes back to Stone Soup tonight! Stay tuned for more news for the year’s end.
Oddball Magazine
Click here to read poetry by Emmie Christie, Randall Rogers and Gregory Ormson with visual art by Phelix Owin, Edward S. Gault and Bonnie Matthews Brock. Much thanks to Richard Spisak for providing the first words and artwork for the week. More kudos go to cartoonists Anne Skove (“She Who Laughs Lasts”) and Comics Spotlight contributor Andrew Newall.
Poet columnist and Oddball Publisher Jason Wright returned with a brand new Jagged Thought. For Thursday and Friday, we have the return of his fellow columnists James Van Looy (It’s All One Thing), Janet Cormier (Bamboozled No More!), and Bruce Wise (Wise Words). I want to add more this Friday, but we’ll see what happens.

Thanks to its current curator, Tom Daley, I'll be returning to the venue on December 20. This is a Zoom gathering.
If you would like to attend, let me know and I will send you the link (privately) when the time comes.
Hope to see some of you online!
